As riders and racers ourselves, we use the products we sell and stand behind their quality and usability. However, “nothing lasts forever” and should an issue arise Lezyne has the following warranty policy regarding its products:
This warranty policy is applicable to USA customers only. All warranty claims in other countries should be brought to the attention of the respective distributor in that country. A complete listing of the distributors can be found on the “contact” tab on our website. Please read the ENTIRE warranty policy prior to contacting Lezyne to be sure that your claim falls within warranty criteria.
Lezyne Hard Goods:
This includes all floor pumps, hand pumps, CO2, multi-tools, bottle cages and rear racks. Lezyne hard goods carry a 2 YEAR WARRANTY against manufacturer defects. Thankfully a majority of Lezyne products are designed to be rebuildable making the replacement of malfunctioning parts a simple task of contacting Lezyne USA.
Lezyne Soft Goods:
This includes all saddle bags, hydration packs, jersey stuffers, rack bags and any other product that isn’t built of metal or carbon fiber. These items carry a 1 YEAR WARRANTY against any manufacturer defects.
Lezyne Led Lights:
In the United States and Great Britan, Lezyne LED Lights carry a two (2) year warranty from the original purchase date to the original owner (proof of purchase is required). This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects on the LED light housing, electronics, LED, and the mounting bracket supplied. Lezyne Batteries carry a 6 month warranty against any manufacturing defects. Issues not covered by the warranty include normal wear and tear, improper installation, attempting to access electronics, modifying electronics, damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, and neglect. This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the warranted product. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. This warranty applies only to products purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor. Lezyne USA is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Any claim under this warranty must be made through an authorized dealer, distributor or directly to Lezyne USA. Proof of purchase is required.
