The Lezyne Deca Drive is designed with a sleek CNC-sculpted aluminum body in a compact, self-contained configuration. It features Constant Lumens power management that drives three LEDs at a steady and bright 800 lm. Overdrive Race Mode makes it possible for quick switching between Overdrive and Economy, and its Infinite Light design allows for on-demand battery replacement. The Intelligent Power Indicator button allows the user to check the power level any time. It is recharged either with fast, high efficiency, 2 Amp recharging with a compatible wall adaptor, or via a Micro USB cable for ultimate convenience. The Deca Drive’s Composite Matrix hard mounts secure the light to 31.8 mm and 25.4 mm handlebars. It is also available in the Fully Loaded package with aluminum handlebar mounts (31.8mm and 25.4mm), a spare battery pack, a Micro USB charging cable, and CM storage case.
Lezyne's Deca Drive doesn't disappoint the judges for Bike Radar, scoring a 4-out-of-5 stars and getting some big praise in this review!
"The Deca Drive is designed for road cyclists, but it also has the power to handle unlit paths and dark lanes. The unit is self-contained, which is rare for a long-running light this powerful." Get a look at the full article here.
RCUK Takes Their First Look at the Deca Drive
RCUK just got a hold of our new Deca Drive LED with the Loaded Kit and will be putting it through its paces over the coming weeks. Here is a little bit of what RCUK had to say upon opening the box.
"The most immediately obvious facet of the Deca Drive is more prosaic. It’s a very solid, CNC-machined aluminum unit… and tipping the scales at 160g unladen."
"The power is converted to illumination via three LEDs, secured behind Leyzne’s Maximum Optimal Reflection lens, intended to produce a smoother and brighter beam by optimizing use of the generated light. This will be the area of greatest interest when the testing begins, of course."
We are looking forward to the full review and will be sure to share it with you as soon as RCUK posts the report.
